Digital research

At Comms Hub, we harness the power of digital research and social media listening to understand the complex and evolving landscape of online discourse. By analyzing publicly available data from various platforms, we gain crucial insights into the narratives, trends, and key influencers shaping public opinion. This data-driven approach allows us to identify opportunities for pro-democracy and social justice movements to engage in online conversations and amplify their messages effectively. Our approach to digital research is rooted in collaboration and knowledge sharing. We work closely with CSOs, providing customized training, mentorship, and support to enhance their digital research capabilities.

Our digital research expertise is built on a foundation of successful projects across Europe. We’ve partnered with organizations like Liberties, Liberte! Foundation, the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) and the European Climate Foundation (ECF) for social media listening and digital research to support diverse causes, from combating gender-based violence to promoting climate action.

Ethical Data Use

We are committed to ethical data practices and prioritize the privacy of individuals. Our digital research methodology relies exclusively on publicly available data, respecting privacy settings and ensuring no personal information is collected or used in any way that infringes on individual rights.
